Our partner, Propiteer Capital, is pleased to share that gas and electricity instalments have been implemented across the Brizes Park site, and the kitchens are currently being fitted within all properties. The landscaping and external works on the grounds have also undergone improvement. The private woodland at Brizes Park is one of its key and most attractive elements, which is being preserved where possible, so this has been one of the main priorities as construction continues.
It was also very exciting to see the scaffolding come down on the Main House – it has really started to bring the new homes to life. The grade II listed mansion is filled with history that Propiteer Capital is very keen to protect whilst modernising the properties.
On 9th June, a popular investor day was held at Brizes Park. As always, the event was very well-attended and enjoyed by visitors. The Propiteer Capital team was lucky to have pleasant, sunny weather, and they even spotted some deer through the trees! The feedback they received from investors and introducers on the project and the day itself was incredibly positive, so we’d like to thank everyone who attended and got involved.
Propiteer Capital runs several investor days at a range of their sites, which are a great way to get first-hand experience on the progress and potential of their projects. If you’d like to register, please get in touch with their team, who will be able to advise on upcoming events and booking a space.
Here are a few more images of the site showing how far it has come along:
